This website (NicePOS) is run by Noble Idea Solution, Buddhanagar, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. This policy covers the website and its contact and booking forms. Data your business keeps inside the NicePOS app is covered by your NicePOS service agreement.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), business name and type, the plan you're interested in, and your message.
• Booking form: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), business name and type, location, setup choice, notes, and the software, hardware or packages you chose.
• Technical details: your IP address and browser type, kept briefly to stop spam and abuse, and to protect the admin area.
• Your cart is saved only in your own browser (local storage) until you send it or clear it.

How we use it

• To call, message or email you about your enquiry or booking, and to set up and support NicePOS for you.
• To send you a confirmation that we received your enquiry or booking.
• To keep the website secure and free of spam.

We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for advertising lists.

Some trusted services process data for us, only for the purposes above:

• Google reCAPTCHA checks that forms are sent by a person, not a bot. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Email and SMS providers (such as Google Gmail and Twilio) deliver messages to our team and to you.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose "Send on WhatsApp" or chat with us there.
• Website analytics and live chat (such as Google Analytics and tawk.to), when used, see how pages are visited and let you chat with us. They may set cookies in your browser.
• Our web hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and bookings for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business records, and then delete them. Security logs are kept for up to one year.

How we protect it

The website uses HTTPS. Your details are stored on our server and can only be seen by our staff, who sign in with passwords and two-step login. Every sign-in and change is recorded.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, at any time. Contact us using the details below. We follow Nepal's Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018).
